Payment & Checkout Updates

If you’ve been with Vigor for a while, you may have noticed some recent changes to the payment options available at checkout. We know many of our long-time customers have become accustomed to using certain payment methods, and we understand that changes to those options can be inconvenient.
We want to keep you informed about what’s changed, what payment options are currently available, and what we’re doing to continue providing convenient and flexible ways to complete your order.

Afterpay Is No Longer Available
After nearly three years of offering Afterpay, it is no longer available as a payment option at Vigor.
We know this is a meaningful change for many of our customers. Afterpay has been a convenient and frequently used option, particularly for customers who prefer the flexibility of spreading a purchase over multiple payments. We understand that losing a payment method you’ve relied on can be frustrating.
While we are disappointed to see this option go, we are actively working to expand the convenient and flexible payment options available at checkout. In the meantime, several alternatives remain available, including options that may provide eligible customers with additional payment flexibility.
Looking for a pay-over-time alternative?
Customers who previously used Afterpay may want to consider Cash App Pay, which is now available at Vigor checkout. Eligible customers may be offered pay-over-time options through Cash App, providing some of the same payment flexibility you may have previously used Afterpay for.
Availability and eligibility for pay-over-time options are determined by Cash App and may vary by customer.
Current Payment Options
We continue to offer several convenient ways to complete your order:
Credit & Debit Cards
Major credit and debit cards are accepted at checkout. You may notice an additional identity verification step when paying by card. This is part of our current card-processing system and helps provide a secure checkout experience. During our current payment transition, Vigor is temporarily waiving our standard credit card processing fee.
Cash App Pay
Cash App Pay is now available directly at checkout. Eligible customers may also be offered pay-over-time options through Cash App
Venmo
Venmo remains available as a convenient payment option.
Same-Day Bank Payment
Pay directly from your bank account through LinkMoney and continue to receive a 5% discount when using this payment method.
Cryptocurrency
Cryptocurrency payments are also available for customers who prefer to pay with crypto.

We know that convenient and flexible payment options are an important part of the shopping experience, particularly for customers who have become accustomed to using certain payment methods over the years.
We’re actively working to expand the payment options available at Vigor and to provide additional choices that make checkout as simple and convenient as possible.
