Research Use Only — Qualification Required

All products offered by Vigor Peptides are supplied exclusively for laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.

New Research Account Qualification Form

Research Use Restrictions

Products are offered solely for lawful laboratory research and are not intended for human use, veterinary use, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, medical application, food use, or household use.

Electronic Signature and Qualification Records

New research-account qualification requires a typed electronic signature acknowledging the applicable Research Use Terms, policies, and research-use restrictions. The signature must match the Legal Full Name entered by the applicant.

Qualification information and electronic acceptance are retained with the research-account qualification record.

Previously Qualified Accounts

A previously qualified account may not be shown the original new-account qualification fields, attestations, or electronic- signature form during subsequent authenticated sessions. This does not mean those controls are absent. The applicant previously completed the applicable qualification process and the completed qualification is retained with the account record.

Automated scanners or reviewers that authenticate with an already-qualified account may therefore proceed directly to permitted catalog access rather than being shown the original new-account qualification form.

Research Catalog Access

Requests for research product pages, research product categories, catalog pages, pricing, cart functions, or checkout may be redirected to a research-access or qualification page when the visitor does not possess the required research-access status.

A redirected catalog or product request remains subject to the same research-use-only restrictions and purchaser qualification requirements as the originally requested research resource.

Restricted Checkout Notice

Research purchasing privileges and checkout are restricted according to Vigor Peptides research-account qualification requirements. Access to a product, category, or other catalog URL does not independently grant purchasing authorization.

Visitors who have not completed the applicable research qualification requirements must complete the required account and research-use verification process before purchasing privileges are granted.

Required Purchaser Attestations

Research purchasers must affirm that they satisfy the applicable purchaser eligibility requirements, are at least 21 years old, and are acquiring products solely for lawful research and not for human or veterinary use.

Order and Compliance Review

Orders may be reviewed, delayed, refused, canceled, or held for additional verification where purchaser qualification, intended use, billing information, shipping destination, recipient information, payment information, or other compliance considerations cannot be satisfactorily verified.

Current Storefront Pricing and Promotional Status

The current Vigor Peptides storefront does not advertise sale pricing, coupon discounts, loyalty rewards, or referral incentives.

Vigor Peptides currently states that standard shipping is included for qualifying orders over $399 USD. That shipping threshold and all shipping eligibility, fulfillment, carrier, delay, loss, and related conditions are governed by the published Shipping Policy.

Shipping Policy

If Vigor Peptides offers a discount, coupon, sale, or other promotion in the future, the applicable offer remains subject to published terms and does not alter any research-use restriction, purchaser qualification requirement, or research-account access requirement.
